What's wrong with the original shipment? Was it seized or something or are you trying to get the shipment and a refund, because the shipment was delayed? | DHL reps haven't been all too helpful outside of saying its been "detained" by customs ("Please contact DHL"). It is an electronic product with no branding and does not infringe on any configuration designs either. However, there is a design element on the item which I suspect may have been the culprit - this element has been modified to reduce similarity to the original trademark, but if customs disagrees that it is sufficiently different than I imagine it explains whats happening.
I only became aware of this the day after my order. That same day, I asked the supplier to cancel and allow me to order something else (of even greater value, to make up for the inconvenience). He denied the request.
I suppose I just have more faith in PP than Alibaba to get my refund processed correctly. I don't want a "replacement", I want nothing to do with this shipment whatsoever. Older posts I read on Aspkin say that Alibaba sellers can just game the dispute system by resending the item - which is the very item I dont want in the first place
