Hello, I have a sweden PayPal account that is Limited back in june, I forgot the password, and when I try to reset it I get the error message saying: Sorry we couldn't confirm it's you when I try to login I get the error message saying verification failed?

Any help please

Are you logging in from the same computer and browser?

You sure you forgot the password? Because the only way is either reset password from the same PC and browser or calling in and they'll ask for documentation to prove it's your account.

Do you have access to the e-mail on the PP account? Might want to look up an old e-mail from PP and login/reset password via an old e-mail with account-attached link

The same happened with my italian stealth account.
It was limited, I remembered the password, anyway one day I received an email from paypal saying that I had to change the password for security reasons.
It was a legit email.

But I wasn't able to do it because after typing my email the same error appeared "Sorry we could not confirm that it's you"

I tried after 3 days, nothing, same thing.
I tried after 1-2 weeks same.
I was then pissed off, tried again after more than 1 month and I was then able to reset the passoword.
