It was limited, I remembered the password, anyway one day I received an email from paypal saying that I had to change the password for security reasons.
It was a legit email.
But I wasn't able to do it because after typing my email the same error appeared "Sorry we could not confirm that it's you"
I tried after 3 days, nothing, same thing.
I tried after 1-2 weeks same.
I was then pissed off, tried again after more than 1 month and I was then able to reset the passoword.
