We added your new payment method but can't use it right now
 

Hello, I purchased a PayPal Stealth Account from here on the forums about a week ago. It was VCC verified. I added my own bank account (was not associated with any banned account previously) and waited for the 2 small deposits from PayPal to verify. After verification, I waited 48 hours and tried to make a test payment using my newly linked Bank Account, but the only payment option given, was the VCC. I then tried to link a new debit card (again, not ever linked to a banned account), I got the message "We added your new payment method but can't use it right now". Has my account been limited already??

I log into paypal from my laptop, using a separate Windows User Account, and tethering to my cell phone's mobile hotspot feature.

real bank? you try to pay to other by your bank?

Correct. I'm want to use this PayPal account as a buying only account to pay my suppliers with my real bank accounts and real credit cards. No incoming payments into this PP account.

Thanks, would tethering to my cell phone’s hot spot be an issue? Would a residential IP from IPBurger be better in terms of not triggering PayPal’s security algorithm?

Is there anyone else out there who uses their stealth PP to make purchases with a real bank account or real credit card??

I added a debit card, and it said I can’t use it right now. Are they doing some security check? Is my account about to become limited? I don’t want to add a credit card just got it to get banned.

UPDATE: So after a few days, PayPal allowed me to choose my recently added credit card as payment option. I was able to make 2 payments (~$100 each), and then on the third payment, the credit card disappeared as an available payment option.

My Bank Account was given as a payment option, but upon selecting it, PayPal asked me to re-verify my bank account by logging into my account via Yodlee (a third party company). I wasn't sure if that would be a bad idea, so I backed out.

The next day, I logged back into paypal to try the last payment again, and was happy to see that my credit card was available again as an option again. I was able to make that 1 payment, and then again, the card disappeared as a payment option.

What do I need to do to for PayPal to allow me to make more than just 1 or 2 payments a day?

I'm accessing Paypal through Windows and tethers to my mobile phone, if that matters.

It doesn't matter if you use windows or mac or linux....

I don't like tethering to my mobile phone personally.
