Re: We added your new payment method but can't use it right now
UPDATE: So after a few days, PayPal allowed me to choose my recently added credit card as payment option. I was able to make 2 payments (~$100 each), and then on the third payment, the credit card disappeared as an available payment option.
My Bank Account was given as a payment option, but upon selecting it, PayPal asked me to re-verify my bank account by logging into my account via Yodlee (a third party company). I wasn't sure if that would be a bad idea, so I backed out.
The next day, I logged back into paypal to try the last payment again, and was happy to see that my credit card was available again as an option again. I was able to make that 1 payment, and then again, the card disappeared as a payment option.
What do I need to do to for PayPal to allow me to make more than just 1 or 2 payments a day?
I'm accessing Paypal through Windows and tethers to my mobile phone, if that matters.
