Thank you. I am trying to figure this out. My friend who is in the midwest (US) is willing to open up a new Ebay account for me. I am in California. He does not want to use his bank account? Any suggestions? Brian

Try opening a virtual bank account on eb acc holder name but obviously with different dob etc so does not look completely on your friend details,

Eb only accept some virtual bank though,
