| Thanh5689 | 02-07-2022 05:25 AM | We can’t confirm it is you Hello everyone, i am facing this problem. I am using 4G with real phone, real information to register Paypal. However, after few days I logged back, they always ask me for phone verification. I own those phones and got the code from Paypal but after I write down the code, it still appears the message: ‘We can’t confirm…’. My question is: Is the problem from my IP (because it is 4G from my phone, so it changes every time I login) or is this the problem from my device? (I doubt Paypal can check my device).
Any answer would be highly appreciated. |

No, this is Vietnamese accounts | If it's an IP you've always used since the beginning I highly doubt it's the cause.
It's possible that you accidently cleared out the cookies? |

However, after i write the verification code, it still can’t confirm and don’t let me login |

It's possible that you accidently cleared out the cookies? | I’m thinking the reason is at the IP, because i use 4G mobile to loggin, so the IP always change when i login. Regarding the cookie, i am using antidetect browser, and the browser saves my cookie, so the reason shouldn’t be the cookie. Is there any way they can detect my device? Because I register many accounts on antidetect browser on the same device |
| Roy3805 | 02-09-2022 02:19 PM | Re: We can’t confirm it is you It maybe the anti detect browser and ip constantly changing. You should wait like 3 days and try again. These websites have bots now that detect anti detect browsers and will block you.
Try this website and see your disguise score https://whoer.net/
If it’s anything other than 100% you will be blocked because you look like a bot/hacker |

I'm happy you finally managed to login.
which antidetect browser were you using? |

I would not trust anything like VMware, VPS, Multilogin and Antidetect Browsers to spoof fingerprints. It’s 2022 And PayPal Security is getting stronger and stronger. That way was good a few years ago but the fraudsters and hackers messed it up for everyone. |
| muzzie | 02-13-2022 05:29 AM | Re: We can’t confirm it is you Seems that something changes in your browser every time you log in. You've mentioned you are using antidetect browser, does it keep CanvasID and other fingerprinsts constant and unique, or changes it every time you use it? If so, you need something that keeps them constant. |

Because of the development of technology in antidetect browser, so i forgot this classic method. I’ll definitely give it a try. |

So ou aren't using a normal browser like firefox and chrome?
That could be the problem instead |
