PayPal instant limitation after a first payment.
 

Hello,

so I do have a problem. I was able to create tons of stealth PayPal accounts without any problem for a last few years, but for like last 7 days I'm not able to make any account. Making an account on a fresh user, fresh sim card, new local isp and everything - nothing works for me anymore. After a first payment before that PayPal was always asking for docs - I was sending them and account was getting restored, but now after a first payment they do just perma limit the account. Does anyone knows what's going on and how to avoid that? Thank you.

I’m having the exact same issue brother, I have no idea what the problem is, seems like PayPal are using a new system to detect stealth or something. My stealths were working for the past two years and suddenly I’m getting permanently limited. If someone can find a fox for this you’d be saving my financials.

Are you all using a new user account on the same computer? Same browser?

I’ve tried a new user on windows, also I did a full clean install, tried doing it on my mac, tried a VM - nothing works. The numbers to the accounts are a real sim cards so that’s also not the issue. Tried multiple vccs - from revolut, icard, zen, also one from my bank - the same. Multiple local ips, multiple internet from a fresh sim card - that didn’t work also. Multiple ids also - that does not work also. Really having no idea.

The same with me. I use phones for stealth. Tried a whole new phone with new sim using 4g bought specifically for one account. Still no success, please don’t tell me it’s something in my method as I literally have made up to 60-70 accounts in two years using this method.

For me it's after receiving the first payment - they always were asking for docs and after sending them the acc was getting restored but now it's just an instant perma limitation

After the first payment. The account could sit for days with no issues but when someone purchases from me I get permanently limited. This was not the case before. They would ask for docs but ultimately I’d get restored as my docs are legit.

Well it's not happening across the board so perhaps take a look at what you are selling.

It might be worth lifting limits / confirming identity on your accounts before receiving any funds.

Explain how were you supplying "legit" documents across multiple stealth accounts? It's a bit of a contradiction.......

Have you created stealth accounts in 2022? Which method? If you don’t mind me asking as this is very important for me.

And to answer your question I’m blessed with friends who allow me to create stealths in their name.

Forgot to add. I sell vintage clothing usually on PayPal. When my accounts get limited they always ask for invoice and all the rest. Now because my items are vintage I cannot provide invoice for PayPal so I always write to them stating this and up until December this was working, could this be the reason why they are permanently limiting my new accounts after the first sale? Would this create a link. PS done this for over 15 accounts.

Depending on how you are selling the items and where, then yes, you can definitely get linked.

Perhaps your friends who's info you are using already have their own paypal accounts and forgot to tell you.

And yes, I've made loads of paypal accounts in 2022 but I make actual stealth accounts and not real accounts in friends' details.

Still didn’t came up to any solutin for that. Does anyone have any ideas what to do? I cannot do my business anymore since that.

You have to be selling risky items or something that’s suspicious to PayPal to keep getting limited after first sale

Clothes, before that I had no problems for a few years, it just started recently.

Clothes may be risky, I know ebay hates clothes unless you can verify that they are authentic. Not sure about paypal

Designer clothes, all are authenthic. Never had any problems before. 400$+ all

There... that's the problem.

designer clothes and they are expensive. Authentic or not this is the most likely culprit.

Ever tried just listing something generic for the first week?

Never did as I never was in need of. - after a first sale they always just wanted docs which I was able to provide to get the account restored, but now they just perma ban it. Guess I’m just gonna buy an aged PayPal.

It is possible that recently, the designer labels you were working with have been flagged harder
