2fa device authentication rejected
Whenever I attempt to log into an account using a 2fa device I get the following message:
"We're sorry, we can't log you in. Contact Customer Service for more help, or try logging in again."
This happens for ALL new accounts I create, IP/country/browser/account details does not matter. It happens every single time.
If I on the other hand have added a phone number as a backup device then I can log in using that just fine (2fa auth device is the only problem).
I have accounts from last year to which I can add and authenticate with 2fa without any issues, so it only seems to happen with new accounts.
Surely I can't be the only one experiencing this?
