eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - What database cell phones use PayPal ?

New one on me, I've created endless stealth accounts over many of the main selling/payment platforms.

All sims have been in my real name at my real address. I've never been challenged when I add one to a stealth account.

Make sure it’s a physical sim number and you should be good. If you used a virtual number then you may have to call PayPal and get that number changed to a physical SIM card number. Some numbers take longer to register to the PayPal account. It usually takes like 1 month after you add the number to the PayPal account to register to verify your identity. It’s good to have your email verified and security questions set up so you can use that as a alternative way to verify your identity
