What database cell phones use PayPal ?
I can't open account , they ask me add phone number associated with my name

New one on me, I've created endless stealth accounts over many of the main selling/payment platforms.

All sims have been in my real name at my real address. I've never been challenged when I add one to a stealth account.

Just buy a prepaid simcard phone and you'll be set.

For limited paypal this not work, when i try link preapid sim: "phone non supported" - check my screen:

I've already mentioned that it seems unlikely they have some kind of blacklist, seems your issue isn't uncommon. There is no database.

Google it.

I am sure paypal have datebase integrated into paypal.com
I can show you via anydesk, becuase if you have mobile phone register for paypal account name, it work easy.

Make sure it’s a physical sim number and you should be good. If you used a virtual number then you may have to call PayPal and get that number changed to a physical SIM card number. Some numbers take longer to register to the PayPal account. It usually takes like 1 month after you add the number to the PayPal account to register to verify your identity. It’s good to have your email verified and security questions set up so you can use that as a alternative way to verify your identity
