Adding money to pp via bank ***help***

I added a bank account on day pp account was created. Confirmed it & then added a debit card to account. But pp security will not allow me to add money from my bank account. Says try again later. Opened more accounts & same issue with different details. This has never been an issue before. Can anyone help with steps taken to avoid trigerring pp security. Is there a waiting period before adding bank?
