Very weird PayPal security

Tried uploading ID but keep receiving the "please upload jpg, png or pdf" error.

Image is a screen shot and I'm still receiving the error.

Downloaded a random picture and it accepted it with no issues.

ID is a downloaded template off social media

Have you had a look at the image size? That can be a problem sometimes

Yeah it could be image size could be resolution or file size. When my images are too small to be uploaded I use ifranview to upscale it

Software is gold...used to use imglarger...hopefully it gets approved

Really? their system is so messed up... never in my life have I had issues like with capital letters on extensions

Uploaded the doc on Thursday. Haven't heard back since. Logged in the account....Looks normal. Was told I would receive a response in one business day. Account looks normal limits look normal.

Before uploading the doc I was told I can't perform any actions except refund customers.

What do yall think?

Not sure aside from let the account sit for a few days and then test with 1 or 2 sales and see what happens.
