Can you add a bank account that doesnt match acc name

I have a question, if im making a stealth account, when it comes to the part of adding a bank account, can i add an account from a bankofamerica bank account that obviously doesnt match the name? Paypal has a way to know the name of a bank account owner?

Not sure about the BOA but I had linked Virtual Banks

Names don’t matter, it’s up to the bank if they accept mismatched names and BoA is known to accept mismatched
