İ was able to add my mastercard and withdraw money from my bulgarian paypal before but today i checked again, i was able to link mastercard without any problem but when i try to transfer money to my card its not shown on list. And there is written “ some banks and cards don't accept transfers just yet”

How can i solve the problem ?
