how to get perm lim on purpose

How can I get my pp account limited perm with 180 days wait time. Ive got soft limitation and dont want to provide anything to them as the account has little money.

I would want a perm limitation and then I can wait 180 days. Any idea how I can get perm limitation without doing any transactions? Does changing some details repeatedly or something will work?

Supplying what they are asking would be the best option though
