I got Philippines PayPal acc so how to use it safely?

I bought a PayPal business account from Philippines , created in 2021.
The guy told me you can add any CC to withdrawal .
The acc hasn’t much transactions
But I will use it for daily transactions.
Mostly for web design, seo and such stuff
Do you think they gonna ask for docs or should I try ?
Account is phone and VCC verified

you could add the cc for withdrawal but dont do a large withdrawal in one shot - start off

What if i get big payments daily?
My online shop has around 200-500€ orders daily
but i still didnt connect it
