eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums

After some reading it seems the owner of the brand is going after every seller she could find that was selling the garden gloves. Theres a list of 200 sellers.

She claims we're selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and are infringing on her trademark and she got a restraining order to freeze all associated financial accounts.

She also claims sellers go to extreme lengths to conceal their identities in order to get away with selling her brand name gloves.

I believe the settlement is $10k and she WAS the customer who bought the gloves from me.

And i suspect the person who made the purchase did so to acquire my PayPal information.

How much money in total is frozen in your different paypal? you said two were frozen in regards to this

Received an update... The judge has demanded that the owner of the trademark obtain access to identity information, financial information, etc etc of the defendants.

Lawyer has offered to negotiate a settlement to avoid litigation and get my account back (basically holding accounts hostage for money)

F them...was already dealing with a perma ban before this...I will be running a 1000 accounts now

How much has the lawyer asked for settlement? if its below $1000 I would just give it and close this chapter.

all this only matters to US residents with paypal in their real name

anything stealth can be abandoned as civil courts would not be able to obtain real details and if the actual location is outside the US it is even more meaningless
