Strange payment arrived with no details at all..
Can somebody explain what was done here:
Agreed to have a deal with costumer and he sent a payment by paypal. But payment has no details in it!
-The should be users name-surname but instead of name is written "ACTION".
-If pp buyer has no profile picture then on seller end there is icon with first letters of name and surname of the buyer: like for example "AB" or "CD" or etc. This payment does NOT show first letters- but there is some kind schematic icon of the "shop" - looks like a shop at least, and looks like paypal icon.
-There is no adress or any data in it: looks like "friends and family" type transfer but even with a less data. There is no details what the payment was for - simply nothing.
-In "contact info" corner there is senders email adress and above it " Message ACTION" button. Which literally says " Message ACTION". There should be " Message NAME SURNAME" but instead NAME SURNAME there is " ACTION" as a name.
-If to click on that " Message ACTION" it opens a chat page which drops error that this user can not be contacted. It does not say the user not found or etc - it just abstractly says that this user can not be contacted.
-Googled the email provided in contacts and looks like legit person in USA.

So what is this and how it was done??? My thoughts are about one of two scenarios:
1. maybe my email was add to some kind third-party service which does a pay-outs to its users and it was requested to send a payout to my paypal for the sum which we agreed on?
2. maybe it was used some kind cash machine which allows to top-up paypal balances? Seen thous in few countries but never used and do not know are they still exist.
Or is there some other options?? Any ideas how this payment was sent to me? Because it is clearly not a user-to-user payment.
