why I pay ebay with paypal, The system asks me to add a new card to complete the shopping
Is there a relationship between eBay delivery address, pp address, and bank address? Must be exactly the same？

Money in US PayPal account cannot be used to purchase items on Ebay or anything else. The exception is Ebay selling fees.
A verified US bank account is needed to collect money from US PayPal account.
