Where can I get paypal agents' direct numbers?

Hey, I need to get direct numbers of paypal agents that remove the limitations from ukrainian accounts. Or any account limitations department number that handles that type of problem.
I've already seen the list of the numbers in this thread https://www.aspkin.com/forums/paypal...l-address.html, but this thread is from 2009 so there are no valid direct numbers for my needs, so now I'm asking for help

you can try PAYPAL seller forum,or send a lawyer letter to Paypal,it will respond

Nah I'm just working with ukrainian accounts. I need to call someone, texting takes too much time and does not guarantee anything, while calling increases the chance of removing limitations

I believe Paypal has customer service in Germany.

you can try 1-402-935-2050 - you will need to add the correct additional country code USA prefix if you are calling from outside
