The verification has been further increased. They now require to upload ID and selfie over the phone. No more bypassing with payoneer method.

But some stores can tell it is a debit card,Walmart and will accept it as debit card.
These days we get more than 1% from our credit card issuer,up to 6%,so why use our own money via Paypal debit card.
But some folk do not have bank account,so that Paypal debit card come in handy/
