My PayPal account has received a limitation need help please

Did that someone open a case before or after Paypal limited your account?
I see what the problem is now-
if someone does a chargeback or file a case,and you have already sent the fund to another Paypal account,your account will turn negative.
Then Paypal will ask you to transfer fund from your bank account to make it zero,but you have no bank account.
There is also another way for Paypal to recover that GBP 543 via your credit card.
and you do not have a credit card added to your paypal account.

case was likely the trigger but actual problem are missing details

people who want to do business on paypal regularly should always confirm all details in advance , this is name , address , bank , card , business name , business category etc. . paypal regularly limit accounts with incomplete data on file

Okay I have checked my email for accurate info and can see the person who opened a dispute paid £45.00 using F&F option and it was his GF account and he used her account without her permission so she didn’t know and she thought her PayPal has been hacked so she files a dispute on that transaction and I logged onto PayPal using a new device that I never use for PayPal so I got the email from PayPal (We noticed a new device login) and I decided to close down the case within 29 minutes using the new device, Then on Wednesday evening I received a email from PayPal We need some information regarding your PayPal account.

BTW,our local supermarket has marked down its pomegranite from 2 for $6,to $1.39 each and still no taker.
There are tons of them,and pineapple too,in the past they mark down their pineapple to 99 cents.
It is Kroger and it ships to every store irregardless of location,ethnicity and income level.

sending fund from stealth to real account using F & F too often warrants Paypal attention as they are not making any money ,it is called Fee Avoidance.
