Update I'm a little upset atm, I told a client send payment with goods and services yesterday and after that i received an automated email saying this below.

We need your help with a quick review of your account

So I decided to login quickly and see what was happening and I had received a temporarily suspension and now I can’t get access to certain features, however I can refund my customers as that feature has a big green tick next to it so I tried to refund them it said something different.

This transaction type is not eligible for refund, please contact PayPal customer support for further details.

If using goods and services and it limits the account and blocks from moving the money im going back to using F&F option I can’t be dealing with PayPal temporarily limits again.

why is that transaction does not qualify for refund?
also you said you do not check your stealth accounts ,so if there is a dispute, you would not know.
Paypal should send you an email when someone files a dispute.

Sadly, account sounds like a mess between the abuse of F&F and issues with refunds - I would like at building backups in your shoes while sorting out stuff

I don’t know why it’s not qualified for a refund and that transaction is goods and services, so PayPal are the bad guys here not me I tried paying my fees off and guess what PayPal limits the account.

Well they deducted there fees from this transaction so why did they limit the account straight away after receiving the transaction.

But they are not getting any fee from your F & F transactions,in their eyes, you are abusing F & F because these are not your friend or member of your family, they are your customers.
You can keep doing this and risk losing your account,it is up to you.

What was the amount of the transaction and what types of goods was it for?

Well if they didn’t limit my stealth account after receiving payment from a customer by using goods and services I wouldn’t have a problem using it because they decide to limit the account that means I can’t have access to the money until I provide ID and it happens all the time with me using goods.

Do they even know it's NOT a physical item?

and I really don't think it's because of goods and service payment.
It's possible the sender's paypal is flagged.

No they don’t know what the payment is for the transactions.

Well every time I have told the buyers to send the payment with goods and services they end up limiting my account straight away that’s why I don’t like using that option, I don’t mind paying them there fees.

Hiya mate, just found your threads coming from a google search and yeah PayPal has definitely changed quite A LOT these past few months. Have you by any chance found a workaround for f&f payments at all? Funny thing is some are able to send the money no problem, some can't send any amount at all so seems account-based.

Spot on, but I think it also depends A LOT on which country the account is registered in. US and UK seem the most strict

Do you think the flag is a direct correlation to using the goods and services option or something else on the account?

Their security system must've been tweaked A LOT recently. It's extremely sensitive if they sense anything is off like IP or even the way you go through motions on their website/app they will llimit/block etc etc

This is why i HATE paypal and stopped using their services years ago. I tried payoneer but sadly they are becoming similar with their 'security checks' and trigger-happy blocks.
