Thats why Paypal is doing it for him, saying these payments are not safe.
I looked up Paypal F & F last night, sender can use credit card instead of bank account fund, there is a fee involved ,either 4% or 40 cents, cant recall.

So what funds are buyers actually using to get the payment are not safe error message? And I don’t mind paying the PayPal fees even if it’s through F&F.

Ask them if they are buying virtual credit cards online.
Fraudsters will steal our cc data and buy these cards and sell them quickly at a deep discount, when the cardholder finds out ,he will file chargeback.

I doubt they are buying vcc online but will ask them when it fails to send it.

Usually it's F&F that could trigger on the 1st or 100th payment.

Also keep in mind it might not even be you, rather the sender is the suspicious one. This one happened to me twice

Okay but again won’t using G&S option on a new stealth account trigger the limits?

Sounds like it’s a normal thing i was thinking it’s only me.

What did you do or tell your customers?

And how old was the PayPal account?

Thank right.
Suspicious sender will also be the reason, and you don't know the reason, you'll think something completely different.

I thought you said your buyers get message as well.
I saw your Paypal message,it said the payment may not be safe?
WHat do your buyers use -credit card or Paypal fund?
If they are using credit card and you are selling digital goods with no tracking, they can always file chargeback with their credit card issuer, then you will lose and pay a fine of $20?
are they using virtual card, prepaid cards?

Hello I told my customers to add funds in their PayPal balance before trying to send and it didn’t work it said the same error message.

(We’ve stopped this payment to keep you safe).

my accounts are 15 years old +

And I get it... at times we think it's normal then we get blindsided.

I forgot what I said, it's been many many years since I have these problems.
But if I recall I canceled the transaction, just to make sure the client didn't lose any money and made a new " for sale" item, and sent them an invoice from my PP and it was good.
