Ok, I sent this item and it was exactly as described this guy won't answer my emails or anything. He is just trying to scam me I believe. I'm basically trying to ask whats the best way to win this? I already put the shipping and tracking # in on the website as soon as I sent the item out. Should I just send them the tracking # and shipping company then through the email?

I mean is the case not as described or is it not received? That should be clear? Enter your tracking number and everything that marks delivered. If it not as described, you are just screwed, ebay will make him return it to you and thats that. I have never had any luck with not as described disputes paypal has sided with the buyer 100% of the time, even when I clearly say NO REFUNDS.

Perhaps I should clarify... I was doing business not through Ebay so normally when this happens to me and I get a Not-as-described email it usually just says case closed and the person isn't aloud to dispute. Just strange that they put a hold on it, usually if this happens I'm in the clear.
