Paypal 4 digit code from Credit card

Ive just recieved my paypal 4 digit code from my CC statement & entered it in to my paypal account. How long does this take to activate & take the limits off of my paypal account?? 24 hours??

It should be instant.

And you get whatever they took from your cc credited to your PP account within 48 hours.

now they are asking more questions about verifying , im using my account abroad , do paypal have a problem with this, even when i do everythin gthey ask of me?

Don't know about being 'Abroad' with Paypal, but here it would have been instant, as mentioned above correctly by captainjack1980, and a credit back to your account.
Have you read eBay Stealth from front to back to see if it could provide an answer for you? Only asking, not to be taken the wrong way.
