Default Withdraw $ from PayPal Debit card w/o ATM Fees, cash advance?

I heard that PayPal debit cards are technically provided by Chase so you don't have to pay fees to use their ATMs, can anyone confirm this?

What about cash advance for PayPal debit cards? Go into the bank and use the card for a cash advance. PayPal charges you a fee, but is it less than ATM fees?

You should look for local credit unions. They generally only charge $1 to use their ATMs.

I know paypal has a limit with this, I think it's 800 a day, and there is no way around it. Cash advances usually only work with credit cards, but it would be worth a shot. Why do you want cash out instead of adding a bank account?

I read somewhere that you can treat your PayPal card like a credit card and get a cash advance. I may have to use it that way if my bank account doesn't take transfers in other names. I use a local bank that I don't think has been discussed on here before.

With a cash advance, you have to provide ID at the bank... Even then, there is a limit that paypal will let you spend.
