If you pay for a VCC through paypal, will they link you?

I was looking online at buying a vcc since the two giftcards i already bought don't work for ebay verification purposes. it seems the only option many of these sites have is paypal to pay...if i buy a vcc card with my paypal account and use it to verify a completely seperate ebay account, could the two accounts be linked?

Simple answer... no.

they basically have paypal see that you are paying for something else and not a VCC so they wouldnt get their account frozen and you wouldnt get in trouble.
