Whats the best way to proceed please help

Ok so i have a newer account that was never used before , my first transaction and i sell a engine for $1500 it sits in the paypal account and I dont know what to do to get it out.

I would like to pay for shipping to ship the engine and take the profit and send it all to my other paypal account which is also verified, but the last time I did this paypal froze my paypal account (a different one) and i couldnt verify the items etc so have to wait 180 days i guess to with draw that money.

So im wondering what is the best way to get my money out of paypal and no real cc or bank acc were used to verify so cant just with draw it.

I would not try to withdraw anything right now, and if I withdrew any amount it would be far less than the balance. Thats a risky first transaction.

Why didn't you just take a check for the engine you sold?

You'll need to make sure you can prove shipping, the sooner the better. Withdraw to a bank account, dont even think about spreading it out among different accounts.
