Is this something new?? Valid tracking submitted, Paypal letting buyer end dispute..
So now Paypal disputes (or with this particular dispute anyway) are able to be ended by the buyer any time they want even if valid tracking info is submitted.
I had a buyer file a claim after not receiving an item to shipped to Canada from the US in 5 days. I submitted valid tracking info that show the package en route, and immediatly after submitting the tracking info, the dispute page shows this: We shared this shipping information with the buyer and asked whether they would like to continue with this claim. The buyer's deadline for responding is May 17, 2010.
So even though I have proved that it was shipped and tracking show it en route to the buyer, it seem the buyer can decide he does not want to wait and get his money back, WTF!
