Unverified Paypal Question?

Ok i hope someone can help me who has been in this position. i have been getting mixed messages from different users.


I have an unverified paypal account no credit card on it or anything. i receive a payment for $300 dollars can i use that money to buy from websites that accept paypal?

The $300 dollars will have no hold since i sold it off eBay "overstock" to be exact.

I am trying to use those $300 dollars to buy inventory from dhgate.

You can spend the funds when they are available. But if you spend the money within minutes of receiving it, you look like a crackhead.

If you order from DHGate, you look like a candidate for future MC019.

Don't pay for DHGate using Paypal.

Never use a Paypal account to pay for purchases from China if you are using that account to accept payments from a Ebay account. It doesn't look good in the eyes of Paypal if they may think you are selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ items.
