Future Paypal limited/ supplier info

Hello,
I buy broken dvd players and fix them, I buy them from ebay and I have been reading paypal will limit you and ask for all your invoices, will I be running into a problem? I do list them as new since alot of people view refurbished dvd players badly but since I replace the casing and offer a 90 day replacement warranty I feel comfortable listing it as new.
