New to Forum Need Help.

Hi all my name is Matt and I'm new here.

I have a paypal dispute open as I have not received my item and has now been a month, seller provided a tracking number to pay pal and now it says that once item is delivered they will review the my case, does paypal check the tracking number?? if not how do they know it has been delivered and also what is the most likely outcome as I have since purchased this item elsewhere, I just want my money back.

This guy is so dodgy and has done nothing but lie to me, he said this is the second item sent as the other got lost in transit or customs kept it so he says but could never provide a tracking number until I disputed with pay pal, his recent feed back says it all just look http://myworld.ebay.com.au/king_loco_510 and yes silly me for not checking this first, I have since left him neg feedback as I'm sick and tired of dodgy international sellers, this guy was the last straw.

Any ways it is good to be part of this forum, I stumbled accross it when I typed in ebay revenge

Paypal actively tracks tracking number - as a buyer you are well-covered in so many ways...it's scary to us sellers ha!

If his tracking number is bogus, you will know. PM me for more help if you need - this is primarily a seller's forum so I will take this to message format if you want to explore options.
