How to change a business name on PP

I searched and found someone asked this question 2 years ago and no one answered.

How do I change the business name on a pp account?

Or is it too risky to do so?

Stealth account.

I am thinking I did this once before many years ago but then again things have changed a ton since then.

A customer returned something without telling me and the new PO box I am using was holding the box asking me a ton of questions if this is mine, do I have any cards etc showing this name etc.

I need to get the business name changed or if not open a new pp account and attach it to the ebay account maybe?

Ideas appreciated.

Fact that it is stealth is a coincidence,imo. You can consider contacting paypal & talking to them about this: you would need all your info, passwords etc. It's your account so a change of name is not unreasonable. (That there's is another reason is not for paypal to know)
