Question How can i get a new business acc?

Hi all

i am really annoyed as i had my business acc of 5 years closed last Nov and £3,000 of my money stuck in paypal (still is until May) So they say....

Had the financial ombusman onto it and everything and still have to wait 180 days. Pathetic!

wouldnt even give a proper reason for its clousre, im guessing its cos i had a large amount in the acc and didnt realise.

Cut to this Jan and my partner let me use his account from his old home address (now live together) This went fine until 2 weeks ago and they pulled this account also, and stole all my money again in paypal

i am now down -£300 due to chargebacks and still have to find the money for the ebay fees, and i owe a debt collector £700 from my nov acc. Grrr!!

You think i would have learnt my lesson and wanted to leave ebay for good, but i really want a new account so i can buy stuff and eventually sell again

How can i get around doing this all again without being caught as my flat address is now blacklisted with them

any info would be great

you need new accounts, the stelath guide and plenty of reading will achieve that - no links is the key
but...you need to make sure you are not limited again, too much money could be one reason, or high risk items etc

Legal action is the best way to get your money back asap. It also puts a stop to the collection agencies. How did the Financial Ombudsman complaint go?

this was a month ago and still no cheque!! and the ombusiman has signed himself off from the complaint. I dont think im ever gonna see a penny of it

Sorry I've no experience of the FO, but £500 is very nice. If you go the legal route include that £500 in your claim as nonpayment.

Hi mate, look I know I sound like a sales rep for for Aspkin. But if you want to get back on eBay and Paypal this book is for you. I'm in the U.K too mate and I must admit I havent yet opened a stealth account but thats because there is so much info, I've got info overload and dont want to make a mistake.
Your here besaue you know how profitable eBay and paypal can be, other wise you would just say "to hell with it" and cary on as normal.
So to spend around £7 on a ebook that will bring you in thousands of £s is a steel.

It is £36 but if go to the site then try to close it a box will up, and you can do "free" trial with one of the CPA offers there.
I did the Vistaprint and got 250 ("free"-£2.49 Premium Business Card) + Shipping & Processing: £3.08 & VAT: £0.98

Total: £6.55
