Lifting Paypal Withdrawl limits Question

I have a Paypal account that I have had setup for a few months now. I have used it with my ebay account with no issues. I have made withdrawls in the past also with no problems. The question I have is I set up the PP account with a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ first and last name and wanted to lift the 500 monthly withdrawl limits. I have a CC that PP has never seen but of course the name on the card is differnt that the name that is on my PP acount so when I try and use it pP tells me that This credit card has been denied by the bank that issued your credit card. Of course this is because the name and address on the PP does not match name and address on the credit card.

What are some option I can use to lift the limits. Is there another prepaid card I can use?

you can verify it with a VCC or a prepaid card. Try a seller on this forum

It's a very useful book with a lot of info and it'd organize your thoughts step by step, rather than trial and error yourself and cause all kinds of mess.
