Lifting limits -- Anyone use this?

I can't, for the life of me, remember how I lifted my limits on another one of my pp accts.

I have the Stealth Book, but I can't seem to find it.
Which card should I go and get?

I mean it could be a giant scam. $89 is pretty expensive esp if you get it and get a $50 payment and you get limited. The thing thats kinda weird is they say it has a SS# with it. We all know paypal checks so how they get that is a mystery and could be illegal metods (stealing SS#)

I suggest that any specific information that would help trig out should be conveyed by PM, at the moment. Just my 2 cents. But if one solution has been nuked, let's not point the PP cops in their next new direction.
