Default national insurance number not being accepted

i have stealth account under friends name, now asking for national insurance number for which i have a real one, however it is saying the number is not correct but it is

So it is not accepting the friend's real NI? Has to be a name match. Been a glitch with this damn system for several weeks. Maybe better to contact them by phone & chat. If you do that, have all the account info at hand.

yea its a real ni number, i have all the details to hand so could ring them only problem is i sell costumes which i get from china and they want supplier info plus some sort of delivery number?

if they arent even accepting real ni very odd situation, why was it triggered anyway, was it new account and alot of money went in?
As for invoice, just make one up and put a free 0871/0870 number on it, I will pm you.

ok, right , well if its not vero chinese invoices are ok I suppose, I looked at other post and it says his paypal was new and got a few sales whilst away, they are a bit trigger happy with the ni now!

yea i have genuine china invoices for my stuff, however should i just create uk one incase they decide to be idiots about it

if your stuff doesnt breach any copyright china should be ok. I mean nothing wrong with china per se most goods made there now...
you can follow my method if you really want a Uk one its up to you....

just means the tracking you sent goods to buyers with if you didnt keep it, just say so. Hopefully the buyer would vouch for you and give feedback in not too long.

First one means they are checking for delivery. How were the costumes sent? Did you use Parcelforce? Might consider contacting a couple of buyers and get them to leave FB. That helps

The second one relates more for transactions not done with ebay**

Ive been asked similar and it was in relation to what was being sold eg french maid costumes!? and I only sell on ebay so cant have been off ebay.. sorry if I got it wrong though, listen to GB she knows way more...

i sold about 20 items over the last few weeks, there is a 21 day holding period as some buyers arent quick enough to leave feedback

the only other payment i got a deposit for something which i have now refunded and got it sent to a diff paypal

i had to confirm tracking num for 4 items which were on hold, i sent 3 of 4 recorded so should be ok that way, i have to submit jpg of an invoice so i hope one invoice will be ok

have to now decide wether to verify my bank account which can take over a week or phone them with the national insurance number?

its a difficult one, I know.

maybe dont do bank yet, but as they already may have seen the ni you inputted, even though it wasnt accepted you may as well call them and thry and straighten it out..

Did you sell with an uverified paypal account? Not sure why you say anything about a bank account other wise

my information has been accepted and passed to appeals dept, wish me luck, have a large amount of money in that account as they reversed my withdrawals grrr

anyone know how long it takes appeals to decide

could be days or weeks....but if you dn't get an answer after 1 week, call them instead.
