How do we avoid the 21 day paypal hold?

I didn't get a chance to read all the posts above but i was just hit with the 21 day hold today. The only reason i can think of being hit with this 21 day hold is because the day before i listed about 20 items in a period of 5 minutes. The account is 90 days old and only has 20 feedback. So my only guess is they want to make sure i dont list a ton of items and then skate off with the money.......

Also, they say if you can provide proof of delivery (tracking) or buyer leaves feedback, then funds can be released sooner, 4 days after. However, I found this to be untrue. I have had both tracking showing delivery and feedback, still pp wouldn't release the funds until 21 days. Even after contacting them. It is bs...

PP are using the 21 days as ( "I guess") as last defense line, I made some experiments on that and I found the following..: you get the 21 days:
1- If you are using high risk cards like SOME ranges(NOt all) entropay cards.
2- If you will use address they can not confirm or the same applies for telephone numbers.
3- If you will use high use high risk bank accounts.

My point is they are using it if they get suspicious in the activity or the information in your account. and it is not completely related to the item that you are selling.

But one thing for sure....21 days applies only for payments coming from EB
