Proof it's not legit is the buyer simply giving their word and lying to paypal.

He should go and sue PayPal for that.

and i dont think paypal can do that, that's illegal to tell their customers to destroy your items, yet again selling counterfeit merchandise is also illegal.

I think that the Vero owner may have issued instructions for questionable merchandise to be destroyed. Therefore paypal is acting on their instructions. Back to the basics is the fact that counterfeit items are not wanted on any market.;) Vero owners want the money....not an unauthorized seller.;)

that also may be true, but usually they dont say that vero members request the items be sent to them to be destroyed so they know that it has actually been destroyed.

its their policy not the law.
if yu brake their policy they will just take yur account down.

Why do so many people believe just because Ebay and Paypal put crap in their TOS agreement it is law? I bet if Ebay and Paypal put that by using their website they could slept with your daughter and drink your beer, 99% of you would buy some condoms and stock the fridge.
