change bank account to another PayPal account

I have the following question:
I have my paypal account linked to a bank account wellfargo bank.
I can change my paypal bank account with a new bank account and the old account moved to another paypal account?

u can do it but expect to be limited right away or shortly after.

If your Wellfargo bank account is linked to a limited paypal account then your new paypal account will automatically be flagged and limited as well, it's a no brainer.

The bank account is already associated to another paypal so you can not change it to another paypal account when your current paypal account is already in good standing. That is a red flag if you switch your current paypal account with one information to another paypal account with different information.
