Change ebay seller account paypal account

I have an ebay account that is in good standing with several feedback. However, the pp acct attached to it has been locked. I have not used either acct in over a year.

Question is, can I change the pp acct attached to the ebay acct?
(so i can use the ebay acct again)

I have several ebay and pp accts.

also, what if I attach a previously used pp acct (used on a banned ebay acct) to an existing ebay acct that is in good shape?

Users here have reported that adding a new paypal account when the first is locked, causes that one to be lost as well. Can you offer another payment method?

I have an ebay acct that is 100% positive (86 ratings) over 1 1/2yrs old and still want to use it. But the pp acct attached to it is shot. When I try to log into that pp acct, it says to contact pp.

Is this ebay acct shot now? Can I salvage the ebay acct?
