same bank account on new paypal account

i want to remove my bank account info from one paypal, and open a new paypal and use that bank account. Will I be able to do this?
I realize that this will LINK the 2 paypal accounts, but that's not a problem in my case. I am just wondering if this is POSSIBLE. or I will get an error message?

the reason i want to do this: I have been sending a lot of "gifts" to people lately and today i called pp about an unrelated matter and the guy transferred me to their security department, and they were starting to question why so many gifts? then, I got an email saying i need to fax them some documents showing my name and address. My account is still alive, but I am afraid it is flagged and will be going down soon and i dont want to risk having money in there. I want to start fresh.

No you can not do that. You can only use it with the account it is currently attached to.

Starting fresh means NEVER touching old info again - bank account is over, phone is over, address is sketch at best - avoid.
