Paypal Shipping Label problems

I'm trying to print out shipping labels on paypal and keep getting an error message: Paypal shipping is not available. We apologize for the inconvenience. Anyone else having problems? How long has this been going on? I was suppose to mail this s h i t out yesterday

Shipped today had no problems. Well the printing page didn't load on chrome but it worked on firefox.

Thanks, I've been using explorer, I'm going to try firefox now.

Won't matter. It is a glitch in PP. I have it happen about 1 out of every 50 items shipped. I have not found an alternate way other than manually shipping it in the post office and PP confirmed that they know it still happens with a lot of users and that there is not a known fix yet.
