What if I dont have a bank account
 

And I cant get one. How can I withdraw my paypal?

Is there any paypal to western union services? Or anything like that?

u could look for a money exchanger but most people wont do it cause of paypals screwed up policy. and if u do find one it would cost you.

You can request a check and cash at check cashing store. I dont know about CA but here you can just about deposit a check with any name on it at the ATM. Use a friend or relatives checking account.

Get a netspend card
 

if you don't have a bank account go to netspend.com and sign up for a relaodable prepaod visa it has an account number and routing, and they will send you visa debit card to access the cash

dont they ask for SS? i tried but it keeps on asking for it

Yep, they ask for SSN. But worse, sometimes there are problems with paypal & deposits.
netspend is on record as being associated with 'flagging' accounts & getting them limited.

Without prying, are you thinking along the lines of little fuss etc etc ;)

Pa yp al.ca does not do checks =( only bank account.

That being said, you could prob find a card that acts like a bank account for withdrawal.

Will need details from you - why can't you get a bank account?
