21 days hold only applies for eBay purchases?

Does the 21 days hold applies just for eBay purchases or payments for items sold via my own site or direct money request payments are affected as well? Thanks!

From everything I've read on here and experienced myself, the 21 day hold only applies to eBay purchases. So far........LOL.

I don't understand why is this applying to my account:

- 75 feedbacks (100% positive)
- 4.8 & 4.9 DSR's
- No low DSR's
- U$S 15 items, non-VeRO, non-high risk
- No cases / complaints
- Had received 100's payments in the past w/o holds
- Account is 2+ years old

No good reasons *at all* for this! Can someone explain please?
