I am using a dynamic. It changes when the lease is up
I changed the mac adrress on my router
so my ISP would give me a new IP Address
My ISP assigns IP Address to mac addresses as they come online it then holds that address to that max for X period of time, then give it a new one
so I changed the mac to force my ISP to give us a new address ends in .120

Also listing more than 1 item to start can sometimes trigger an mc regardless of what the item is that's why I never list more than 1 item to start.
