Not that this may help. But back in 2005 before I went to prison, I had a Suntrust bank account. I had games from GameFly that were in my possession, along with other stuff that I paid monthly fees on. Well, when i get locked up, there was no way i could get ahold of gamefly and explain. Maybe I couldve wrote them, but I had my mind on other stuff at the time. My account with a little over $300 with overdraws and late fees. I never paid it, to this day I havent paid. Now, I dont know if it was in the chex system. I do know that it was in my credit report. I requested a copy of my credit report while in prison and it showed there. I went to a halfway house in 2009, opened up a BoA and a TrustCo bank in the same week. I didnt think it was gonna work. But it did.
This may be useful. But like i said, I dont know if I was in the Chex Systems. I know right now I owe Chase, which I really do need to pay it, since its only like $100. But I am in the Chex System now, I know for a fact, because everytime I try to open a bank account. Im hit the Chex Systems crap. :-( |
