Obvious marketing bull, just wondering how many got this, its a fully verified uk account 1 year old got limited but then restored some time ago, probally £1.5k been through it, used for taking ebay payments and invoice payments.

I would speculate this is being sent to people who are using paypal less and they are trying to entice back in? This would apply to this account.
