What will happen if you open a new paypal account and attach it to the same ebay account?

Would it be possible to keep switching a lot of paypal accounts on 1 ebay account?

Please I would like to know as well..

paypal DETECTS when a new paypal gets added.

paypal's system reacts with a wtfudge is this? Someone trying to bypass the Tax requirements. Account limited.
